The people falls in this category are Employee, working professionals and Self employed, who work for own job such as small shopkeepers , Doctors ,Lawyer, CA , Consultant , Restaurant owners , Saloon owners.
Let us understand this in broader aspects that how much time one can work in his/her entire life.
If an Employee works for 8-10 hrs a day , 6 day a week , 4 week in a month and 12 month in a year .Work for 35 years ( If we consider 25th yrs as age of employment and 60th yrs as retirement age)
So, 8 x 6 x 4 x 12 x 35 = 80,640 hrs , i;e we work 80,640 hrs in our life time.
But , the people who fall in B & I quadrant are only 5% , who are big Businessmen , they create a system , leverage their time ,duplicate manpower, And Investor are those who invest money & money works for them.
If a businessmen has 1000 manpower and each of them work for 8 hrs .
So, 8 x 1000 = 8000 hrs a day and 80,000 hrs in 10 day.
So, a businessmen can work 80,000 hrs in 10 days only as compared to employee or self employee.
If 100 of them are on leave , 900 manpower will work for him and his work doesn't stops. His money in flow doesn't stop.
That's why a businessman has always money , he has time so he can concentrate on other things, his family, his health & other business, so he continues to become wealthier.
An employee work hard throughout the year , get promotion & salary hike , but the salary is eaten by taxes and inflation.
So , it is clear and proved that one can not create wealth by doing 9-5 job or working for own job as self employed person.
